新浪體育訊北京時間9月8日21:00，FIA世界汽車運動理事會(WMSC)將就法拉利涉嫌在德國站違規
使用車隊指令一事召開聽證會。意大利汽聯主席達米亞尼(Angelo Sticchi Damiani)在會後告訴
路透社記者，FIA世界汽車運動理事會一致決定不對方法拉利執行進一步的處罰。

今年7月25日的德國站決賽，法拉利因涉嫌使用車隊指令，被德國站幹事處以10萬美元的罰款。並
將案件移交FIA世界汽車運動理事會處理，WMSC今天在總部巴黎對此事召開了聽證會。目前FIA尚未發
布官方的裁決文件，上述消息是意大利汽聯主席達米亞尼在離開聽證會現場告訴路透社記者的，F1老
板伯尼散會後對媒體一言未發。

另據BBC報導，FIA同時暗示可能重新考慮禁止車隊在比賽中使用車隊指令這一規則。

許久沒去EuroNCAP官網，剛剛去查詢其它車款資料時發現EuroNCAP官網首頁居然有則日期為3月3日的撞擊測試結果新聞發佈是我從來沒在其它地方讀到的：

"In this latest set of results only one car, the Toyota Verso, receives Euro NCAP’s maximum five star rating."（在這次最新的測試結果中，僅有Toyota Verso一款車獲得了EuroNCAP的最高五顆星評等）

說來是蠻好笑的，同樣是在台灣沒販售的Toyota歐洲車款，Toyota Urban Cruiser在年初時得到了該批測試中唯一的三顆星評等，台灣各大汽車媒體馬上予以報導，各大汽車討論區的鄉民也馬上群起圍攻Toyota的不安全。現在這批測試中Toyota Verso是唯一得到五顆星的車款，而且與Verso同級的Citroen Nemo更在這一批測試中是唯一只獲得三顆星的車，兩個月來卻沒有任何台灣媒體對這批EuroNCAP測試有隻字片語的報導，討論區對此亦是無聲無息。

講這段話沒什麼別的意思，只是再次印證樹大招風、成見左右言論的道理而已。

據說Toyota原本不打算賣車隊，但由於如果直接退出F1的話會因違反當初與FIA簽署的協合條約要支付一億五千萬美元的違約金，所以算了算還是讓來自塞爾維亞的Zoran Stefanovich所擁有的Stefan GP買下Toyota車隊的席位。Toyota目前有40具引擎的存貨，Stefan GP將支付Toyota五百萬歐元取得2010與2011年的引擎使用權。Stefan GP也將從Toyota的650名車隊員工的挑出包括總監Pascal Vasselon以及能帶來五百萬美元贊助金的車手小林可夢偉等200位人員作為新車隊員工，同時也將使用Toyota的TF110賽車設計與在Cologne的Toyota車隊設施，一直到2011年底車隊轉移到Stefan GP的故鄉塞爾維亞為止。這也意味著原本打算遞補Toyota留下的空缺的Sauber，現在只能繼續等待新空缺，看看是Renault還是USF1會不會宣佈不玩，或者其它車隊是否會一致同意讓第14支車隊參賽，否則Sauber將無法參與2010賽季。FIA今天公佈的2010參賽隊伍名單裡，目前只有Toyota席位而沒有Sauber的名字，不過最後決定的參賽隊伍名單還要等到12月中旬的會議結束後才會定案。

賽道很不合我的胃口😞

pit straight 有夠短... 從起跑加速到煞車根本沒什麼空間
搞個屁擠在一起沒搞頭然後Sector1都是中速彎基本上看不到超車空間...

一直要到第八彎才有超車的可能 問題是第七彎道超慢能選擇的路線也就是那一條
如果車子尾速不夠第八彎也用不上了 😌

Sector3很噁心乾脆再開一個街道賽好了那些彎道看了都覺痛苦又臭又長又慢
基本上是個車手開的很痛苦超車超的很辛苦觀眾看得想睡覺的賽道😰

F大料事如神，這場比賽果然又個是眾車手繞場的的大遊行。😴這的確是一條很難超車的賽道，就連比賽末尾單圈時間比Webber快將近一秒的世界冠軍Button在也沒法超車成功，所幸我們在這一片沉悶的比賽當中還有在巴西站就樹立威名的超級新星小林可夢偉來為大家示範如何在這條不可能超車的賽道完成不可能的任務。😆

可以從影片裡看到，小林從4號彎開始就作出要超車的動作，Button起先不為所動，守住自己的比賽路線，但小林緊咬不放，經過了5、6、7號低速彎道進入高速直線後，利用sling shot效應超到了Button的前方外側，這時Button緊張了，非受迫性地錯過了8號彎的煞車點而門戶洞開，小林也就順勢通過了。整個過程小林展現了高度的膽識與成熟的超車技巧，令人難以相信這是他第二場的F1比賽，比起上一場硬吃中島一貴害他退賽的蠻幹作風已有了明顯的成熟（個人認為上一場小林應該為此被罰的，請看影片：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hH__J_ffNwE，真是蠻明顯的），也證明了上一場對上Button的高水準防守表現並非偶然。小林不只是有天分，而且是個真正有鬥志的賽車手，這是當今F1除了Hamilton以外的車手找不到的特質。很期待他明年能為Toyota，不，應該說為整個F1賽季，帶來不一樣的新氣象。😍😍😍

Renault聽證會的官方FIA文件證據全都露

這些機密文件居然在聽證會召開之前就全數外流了：

文件4裡的Pat Symonds實在太不會說謊了，居然不經意地承認了召開這場三人會議，也不正面否認指使或指導Piquet Jr.在第幾圈撞車。
不過在文件5裡和工程師的無線電對話中Briatore和Symonds都乎都把這場「意外」演得不錯。
不過Piquet Jr.在文件6裡失控後還居然油門踩回100%的確很故意。

早就預料到了FIA會高高舉起輕輕放下了，誰不知道Renault的禁賽只是象徵意義重於實質，目的只是要在Surtees與Massa事件之後FIA能夠對外說，「看，我們不是沒有對會造成賽道零件亂飛的問題作出處置」。Renault再怎樣也是要放行的，不然西班牙的票房就沒了。

剛剛沒事看了一下U-CAR的F1報導...

F1匈牙利站正式比賽：Lewis Hamilton拿下本季首勝

"2008年匈牙利站McLaren車隊的Hamilton不負Mercedes車廠的期望、最後以1分15.666秒的成績摘下桿位，週日的比賽中由於 Glock的嚴重意外導致賽道內戰局丕變，最後Hamilton力挽狂瀾最後奪冠。採用一次進站策略的Piquet十分幸運的獲得亞軍，Massa受困於 F2008賽車的速度屈居第3位。"

這是2008年德國站的比賽結果吧...真是令人傻眼的記者素質。😰
