小弟最近買了一台RECARO YOUNG SPORT的汽座給小公主用，由於小公主長大了要將座椅五點式的固定帶撤掉改用安全帶固定汽座與人，問題來了，如果用安全帶固定汽座與人，那緊急煞車時汽座重量不就加諸在人身上了嗎？一直對這固定方式感到相當困惑，請各位大大幫小弟適宜一番吧

劉揆：今年通膨率約3.3% 亞洲第二低

（中央社記者唐佩君台北2008年7月22日電）行政院長劉兆玄下午接見美台商會新任理事主席伍弗維茲、執委會理事派克（Robert Paker）及會長韓儒伯（RupertHammond-Chambers）時指出，當務之急在控制輸入性通膨以及穩定物價，執行穩定物價措施後，預估今年全年通貨膨脹率約3.3%，亞洲名列第二低，相對表現良好。
劉揆表示，自7月4日起開放兩岸包機直航，是兩岸分隔近60年來的創舉，具有劃時代的意義，未來政府將推動更多有關兩岸關係的開放措施。
伍佛維茲（PaulD. Wolfowitz）主席則表示，美方樂見兩岸關係朝向開放方向發展，台灣不必擔心與中國大陸擴大交流將失去美國這個盟友。
劉揆指出，政府目前當務之急在控制因國際原油及糧食價格上漲所造成輸入性通膨，以及穩定物價；經過政府採行相關穩定物價措施之後，預估今年全年通貨膨脹率約3.3%，在亞洲名列第二低，僅高於日本，相對表現良好。
劉揆並說明政府其它重要的施政主軸還包括「節能減碳」與「培育人才」，台灣沒有生產石油，完全仰賴輸入，因此新政府必須提出新的能源政策，而人力資源則是台灣僅有的、最珍貴的資源，也是我國過去經濟成功的關鍵。
伍佛維茲主席也對台灣保護智慧財產權、金融業透明化等議題提出關切，劉揆回應，政府正積極辦理財經法規鬆綁，目前已完成32項財經議題的鬆綁工作，在今年底前，將陸續完成多項議題鬆綁，有助提升我國競爭
